If you do not recieve your order within the above time frames, please first check the address you have supplied on your order invoice and make sure this is correct. If the address is correct please contact your local Post Office to check if your parcel is being held for pick-up there or if they have attempted delivery but failed to leave a 'call card'. If the post office has no record of your parcel, please contact Save Our Sleep via email (info@saveoursleep.com) in most cases we can track your order with Australia Post. Gift vouchers offered free with purchase are delivered via email. The purchase(s), excluding PDFs, are sent via Australia Post.
