At Save Our Sleep®  we pride ourselves in our fast shipping service we make every effort to supply your purchases in the shortest time frame possible. All products are posted on the day of purchase (orders placed before 4pm AEST) where possible and this is guaranteed if you select  Priority Fast Tracked.

Below is a delivery guide for receipt of your purchases. Please note: this is a guide only. Orders using the 'free shipping over $120-' will be shipped using a slower service than the below guide. Some large items pending on your location can take longer to be delivered than the below guide (for a shipping ETA estimate please email info@saveoursleep.com). Look below for more detail on each service offered.

If you do not receive your order within the above time frames, please first check the address you have supplied on your order and make sure this is correct. Please check your emails for the tracking number we would have sent you when we shipped your parcel. Orders using the 'free shipping over $120-' will be shipped using a slower service than the above guide. Unless you have chosen Express/Priority shipping these delivery times will vary depending on the size of your order/parcel.

Our parcel are shipped using either an Australia Post eParcel service or Startrack courier.

Christmas

Please allow for longer the normal shipping times at Christmas, December 1st until the 24th, we will still ship orders daily but there may be delays with the service we use. If you are in a hurry for a parcel please select Priority Fast Tracked. 

Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are delivered via Australia Post and includes instructions on how to redeem. If the voucher is purchased along with other products the Gift Voucher card will be sent out with the rest of the order parcel.

PDFs - Packages, Routines and Articles
PDFs are sent via email immediately to all electronic payment customers. For bank transfer payment methods, please send verifiable payment information to Save Our Sleep™. Once payment is verified, a link to your PDF is sent via email. If you do not receive this email with a link to download your PDF please check your junk mail or spam folder. This is particularly common for those with free email addresses such as hotmail and yahoo. If you do not find the email in your junk then please email info@saveoursleep.com where you will be given further directions.

 

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $120 (SLOW SERVICE) ON FULL PRICED ORDERS OVER $120. This cannot be used in with discounted, sale items, reduced pack deals or items. It only applies to items at full RRP price. This service may take 7 to 10 working days to reach you.

 

FREE LOCAL DELIVERY. This shipping option will come up once you pop your post code in during checkout. It will only come up for the Geelong area. This service is between same day and 72 hours delivery please email us if you need this urgently.

 

Standard Shipping $10 flat rate regardless of the amount of products you purchase.

Your order will be sent when possible the day of purchase. Please do not pick this service if your purchase is urgent. In most cases you will receive your parcel within a day or two (pending location) of purchasing it, but some clients come to expect this and if we are having a very busy day we might not be able to ship your parcel in our normal fast way. So if your order is urgent please pick our priority service.

 

Priority Fast Tracked $17 flat rate regardless of the amount of products you purchase.

Priority Fast Tracked orders will be sent out the day of purchase when possible if we receive the purchase before 4pm AEST. Priority Fast Tracked shipping is made a priority and put to the top of the order queue. On most occasions if you are outside Victoria your order will be sent in an overnight satchel (pending size, please note large items such as mattresses can not be sent in a overnight satchel) and will get to you much faster than standard shipping. 

 

Priority Fast Tracked LARGE ITEMS $30 flat rate regardless of the amount of products you purchase.

Please choose this option if your order includes any one or more of the following items and you would like it Priority posted -

  1. Two or more blankets
  2. Wishbone bikes
  3. Cots/ Mattresses/Quilts
  4. Toilet seats

Pick up from Ocean Grove Destination Store is an option offered to client’s readers and friends who might be in our local area. If you choose this option one of the team will e-mail you to arrange a convenient time for your good to be collected.
